Hi guys! My name is Audrey I am a student at Ahuntsic College and I'm studying in Social Sciences. I have a great video for you today.

Like most people, sometimes I need to find some words that is related to my field of study or even a translation for a word because I don't know how to say it in English or vice versa. Sometimes the language barrier can be an obstacle for people who don't know every word in English.

I'm not the best in my class, but I have done some research on the subject and I think I will be a good help for the people who need it.

Last semester I finished my English course with an average of 91%.

My plan for this video is to show you a solution for an easy way to find a glossary related to your field of study.

It will only take about 3 minutes so listen carefully to the step.

You will be surprised how easy it is to find the right glossary that I am going to show you and you will never struggle again when it's time to find the right word.

During the semester, most of student have more than 4 classes and don't have time to do the necessary research for a specific topic. Furthermore, students can feel overwhelmed by all the work they have to do.

When you don't know the right word for your work, it can affect your grade or your comprehension.

For example, you don't have much time left to finish your homework and you can't find the exact word it can penalize you because you will take too much time and hand your work late.

Sometimes the work you have to do can be difficult, but don't worry I am going to show you the best way to make your work easier by using the Virtual Writing Tutor glossary to solve the problem. It will help you find the right vocabulary and even the pronunciation.

The first step is to open your browser, type the URL Virtual Writing Tutor dot com into the address bar and hit "enter". If you typed the URL correctly, you will see this page.

At the top of the screen, you will see the logo and right under the navigation menu. On the right-hand side of the page, you will see a button to login. Once you have logged in, on the navigation bar, you have to put your mouse on "writing tools" and a list with many options will show up. When you see "Glossary Creator" click on it.

At the top of the page, you will see two buttons. The first one says, "Video Tutorial". The second one says, "Example". Under these buttons, you'll see an input box labelled "New Glossary". Type the name of your glossary. I recommend using a name from your field of study for an easier research.

After you have given your glossary a title, click on the edit icon for each section and complete every part. Click on "Check Grammar" for spelling and grammar error. Click on "Save" to close the pop-up box and save your text on the database.

When you are done filling each section, click "Publish" to publish a copy of your glossary on the Virtual Writing Tutor website.

You can also click on "iFrame" to generate a code to show a window with your published glossary on a website.

Click "HTML" to generate the HTML code you can use to display your glossary with MP3 and video on Moodle for your class.
