Never feel stressed again!

Introduction

Hello mates! Welcome to my page. My name is Éléonore Tassé-Bonneau, and I've been studying Psychology for the last year at Cégep de Saint-Laurent. For those who don't know about this program, in the main Psychology course, we basically learn about human behaviour and the human brain! We also have other courses relating to Social Science, like history, geography, and even anthropology. This program opens a lot of doors. You can become a lawyer, a teacher, a psychologist, or a criminologist. I don't know if I want to build a career in this field, but if I did, I'd probably be a psychologist.

Everyone that has been a student knows how stressful exams can be.

My goal is here to help you reduce your stress.

Stay there and get comfortable. All I'm asking is 4 minutes of your time, so please commit to watching this helpful tutorial the whole way.

You'll be surprised what you can do for your anxiety with a simple website.

The Problem

In the Psychology program in college, we learn about stress management and its impact on our lives. The problem here is that being a student means that you have a lot on your plate with all the exams and the projects coming your way, and that includes stress.

Stress can lead to serious issues, like anxiety and depression, which can negatively impact your grades and your life.

For example, if you have a big exam coming up tomorrow, and you haven't studied, you can feel overwhelmed and procrastinate.

Fortunately, I found a simple yet super effective solution to help you meditate when you feel on edge before studying. I'll show you in the next few minutes how it works.

The Quest

First, open your browser and a new tab. Type this URL: declutterthemind.com into the address bar and hit enter. You will then see this as the opening page of the website.

If you use the scroll bar to scroll down, you can see that you can choose a way to meditate that works for you. On the navigation menu, you can see that there's a blog, and if you click on it, you'll see that there are many articles about well-being.
You can also download the app, by clicking on “App”.
In the top right corner of the website, there is a blue button called “Meditate”.

The Solution

The Conclusion

If you want to meditate to reduce your stress, the website "Declutter the mind" is the way to go! I said I'd show you how it works, and I kept my promise.

I hope this tutorial will help you understand this website, and I hope it helped you reduce your stress. Remember to like this tutorial. Thanks for watching!
