Hi, my name is Marianne Ferland. I am 19 years old, and I am studying in the Nursing program for two years now. I would like to continue my studies at the university to become a future clinical nurse. This profession will allow me to provide a lot of care to my patients while being part of a large interdisciplinary team. Therefore, many complex medical words are important to know in order to communicate effectively with health care professionals. I created this glossary to make it easy for nursing students to learn common health care words.
